Microsoft & Partner organizations offer free webcasts for Existing Microsoft Dynamics Customers

Although ‘self-help’ sites are convenient, especially when we tend to ‘catch up’ on work at off hours these days, but sometimes it is nice to hear a “live” consultant.  Microsoft consistently hosts webcasts for customers currently using Microsoft Dynamics solutions with content designed to ensure these customers have full exposure into how they can maximize and extend their current ERP investment.  These webcasts allow customers to be interactive with the demonstration team, including their partner, who can attend the webcast along with the customer.

Whether that customer is using Microsoft Dynamics GP, AX, NAV, SL or CRM solutions, there are webcasts tailored exclusively for them.  From modules that are new to the business line (I.E. CRM On-line or “Light Users”); to concepts that the industry is ‘buzzing’ about (I.E. Cloud Computing); to functionality a company may just be deciding to expand their automation around (I.E. Human Resources), Microsoft has scheduled ongoing live sessions for customers to attend.

In addition, consulting partners, like Collins Computing, Inc., also offer “How-To” blogs and webcasts for their Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft Dynamics AX customers.  For example, in the current quarter, Collins Computing is hosting “Year-End Closing Tips and Techniques”, “What’s New in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/GP)”, “1099 Processing Made Easy”, along with webcasts sharing the most popular ISV (add-on) products our customer base is adding to their solutions.

This should be a factor when selecting a software solution, “Does the software or consulting partner offer any complimentary services and training?”  Of course we often charge for consulting and training services to our clients, but we understand our customers may just need quick refresher offerings for routines they only process annually or a discussion regarding a new product or feature for a process within their organization.

So, if you are a current Microsoft Dynamics customer, join us for one of these Microsoft-hosted series of webcasts.  If you are considering purchasing Microsoft Dynamics, ask your prospective partner about their FREE customer webcasts!
